Stephane Rocha Personal Trainer
Stephane Rocha started ballet at the age of 3 and was refining her technoques through several dance companies. At 16, her father showed her Olympic weightlifting, helping to strengthen her muscles to dance and improve her fitness.
From that, came a new passion and Stephane decided to make LPO her profession. Her first major challenge within the sport was the Brazilian Junior Championship. This was her debut in the world of sport competitions, Stephane won the silver medal. After that, besides being called to join the Brazilian Olympic weightlifting team, she also started to act as technical assistant of the national teams. Stephane has gained a lot of experience working daily with renowned coaches. Today, Stephane, who is also a jiu-jitsu blue belt, has been constantly seeking to update her fitness knowledge through courses and specializations, while maintaining her exclusive focus on coaching.
In addition to preparing and conditioning high performance athletes for competitions of various sports, Stephane also has experience with beginners of all age groups. From people who want to start a physical activity, to people who want to transform their body, always aiming to change lives through sport.
